The location of the hotel was perfect as it was just next to the slope. It was also easy to reach nearby restaurants, shops, and the supermarket on foot. Skiing in the region was a fabulous experience, and the staff were always polite and friendly. The rooms were kept clean and spacious, which made the stay comfortable.

The teapot in the kitchen was a bit strange as it didn't work after boiling for a while. , if you want to go to the city center, you have to walk for about 10 minutes, which might be a bit inconveniencing for some guests.

We spent an amazing time during Christmas in a place that made us feel like home. the location was perfect, just a few steps away from the snowy slopes. We loved the fact that there were many restaurants and shops nearby that we could easily reach on foot. the skiing experience couldn't be better, with plenty of slopes for both adults and children, all with breathtaking views. the staff was friendly and always willing to help. the icing on the cake was enjoying a relaxing sauna in the evening.

There was only one thing that we disliked. One of the staff members was always on the phone during our check-in and check-out, making us feel unwelcome.
